The Helicon 2.0 has been one of the hottest homes from the moment it hit the market. With a gorgeous exterior with plenty of curb appeal and an interior that will make your jaw drop, everything about the Helicon 2.0 is designed to impress. The living room is spacious and stylish with a built-in brick fireplace flanked by built-in live edge shelving on either side. The master suite in the Helicon 2.0 combines a large bedroom with an oversized, relaxing bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual vanity countertop, deep soaker tub, and ceramic tile shower. It also has a totally private toilet and a built-in live edge shelving linen storage area. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master suite as well. The remaining three bedrooms are on the other side of the house, meaning the master suite has maximum privacy. Speaking of those three bedrooms, all of them are good-sized rooms and share a hallway bathrooms that has a separate vanity area from the toilet and shower. The laundry room has plenty of cabinets for storage and washer/dryer hookup.

As always, the Helicon 2.0 has 2×4 construction throughout and the floor joists are 12″ on-center, not 16″ on-center like most homes. It also comes with the Winston 29-gauge power rib metal roof.
